ECCO 2025

It gives me great pleasure to invite you all to the 20th ECCO Congress! 2025 marks the 20th anniversary of the ECCO Congress, and it is a distinct honor for me to be hosting this event in my hometown of Berlin from February 19 to 22, 2025.
In 2024, the REACH strategy was successfully introduced with the objective of focusing on a single letter each year. In 2025, the focus will be on the letter A, which corresponds to the objective of Attaining Sustainable IBD Care. The resulting congress theme will be - Sustainability in IBD and beyond.

Additionally, the Scientific Programme will be live streamed and available on-demand on our virtual platform once the Congress is over.

PROGRAMME

The scientific programme is structured around basic science, traditional medicine and clinical sessions given by some of the world's top specialists.
The educational programme is scheduled prior to the official start of the ECCO Congress and requires additional registration. It covers activities for ECCO's different interest groups.

ABSTRACTS

All abstracts submitted will be evaluated by a panel of reviewers. A submitted abstract may be considered for oral presentation (ranking among the best 37 abstracts), digital oral presentation (the next best 135 abstracts in ranking) or hard copy poster presentation.
